I reviewed this long ago and the amount of work you had to do to save a few bucks did not seem at all worth it.

But typically any conventional loan with less than 20% down payment you'll have mortgage insurance, but can either be borrower-paid or lender-paid.It's always good to review your situation with a lender, so you know your qualifications and budget.

I am out of the country but when I get back next week, I will reviewing all of my doc's and  I am hoping the two properties are separate and if I let Colusa go to auction or just foreclose on it, I will be able to keep my Texas property as it brings me a substantial cash flow every month.  

Right now our case is under review with the underwriters and we’re waiting to hear back on how much we can pay monthly to help us get back on track.
