I think everyone has a little fear going into something new, but just remember, people did it before you.

Remember, it's a math game, that's intersects Real Estate St.. 

Remember that the agent does more than just connect buyer to seller (the developer).

I just remember Remington financial  if you have not seen that episode on American Greed I think you would be interested in it.

Good luck in your journey . . . remember slow and steady wins the race and the ones making teh money with many of the courses being hawked are the ones selling the courses (we can attest to that as we made that mistake initially ourselves).

Remember..... there is a big election coming up and although the Fed is supposed to be independent, excuse me while I laugh hysterically.
