-I would also get a very experienced corp attorney to write a very detailed operating agreement where you clearly define what the roles of the people involved are (i.e. the person remaining in the llc doesnt recieve any profits)All in all this is something that is quote common in M&A (utilizing a stock sale rather than an asset sale) but in those cases there are clear advantages.

I cant tell you how many time a coaching student has come to me with a "Great Deal" that they just got from a seller pointing out that the have an appraisal that is very recent lets say for $1,000,000.00... the stuudent thinks they have a great deal based on a discount that they just recieved down to $700,000.00.

You can have the app on your phone and make/recieve calls from it, send text messages, block numbers, etc.. just like a normal phone but it will show as the google voice number not your personal number.

Driggs will prepare "Blind HUDs" where the seller and buyer each recieve a HUD statement that only has their part of the transaction on it so the assignment fee will only show on the end buyer's side, not on the seller's side.
