I believe prices will rebound next year once reduced investment in development in estabilished fields and increased demand hits the market but that is just my guess.What are y'all doing to protect yourself while still staying active?

But co pilots get paid to learn and fill their experience bucket.Lastly though buying a SFR rental is not a complicated thing and in todays day anyone who can fog a mirror has a decent fico and 20 to 30k in the bank can buy one.. that's one reason the economy in many cities has rebounded at all.. so much investment from out of area investors..
