Hosts know that in order to compete, we have to step up our games and provide quality that was not as prevalent in the past and this has caused the older and less polished listings to struggle.I am not denying that many hosts are struggling, many are but this has more to do with the increased supply and increased quality of the supply making it harder for mediocre listings to compete and attract bookings than it is a reflection on a "bust" market.The market is correcting, destroying old and stale supply.

You should be able to Google this and/or search the BP forums for information on this.Many people believe that as ADUs get more prevalent the financing rules will change to accommodate the ADUs.Good luck
