They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees.

In order to find a good deal you have to find it off market, but even then there are so many people doing this (wholesaling, bird dogging, etc) that it also has become very difficult to get a good deal from them as there is usually a few hands in the pot all wanting a piece of the action.My suggestion is to do things differently if you want to find a good deal.

The biggest obstacle I see in Williston is that so much of the pot is newer development, making Investment entry often difficult in our market.

The tenants were also lazy and complained that if they worked more at their job then they were re-assessed and had voucher reduced so they had zero motivation.Section 8 is pot luck so take it small before getting in to deep.
