I have already had the pleasure of speaking with a few of you from Atlantic Canada here on bigger pockets. perhaps we can use this thread or create one to help with current issues problems or solutions to issues and challenges we face thoughts? 

I recognize it is a tough RE market with many challenges.  

Some have found that to be popular and guests bring the basket up often in reviews or privately. 

Instead of focusing solely on the popular spots, they expanded their search to neighborhoods like Linda Vista and Lemon Grove.

The first is that I take it as a challenge.
