I read all the posts on crowdfunding and decided to take the plunge about 6 months ago.I made the minimum investment of $5000 on a small fix and flip in Jersey .It was to pay 12% and the builder would pay back principal by Aug 30.After the payback date passed I emailed customer support concerning the principal and received a response after 2 days that reads"We have received a request from the borrower for a six-month extension with Investors receiving 1.5 points upon payoff.
