In the short run, the Chinese stock market plunge should be good for overall real estate values in areas such as California's Bay Area or New York city as Chinese investors seek safe havens for their capital.

I'd ideally like a 3/1.5-2 but they seem in short supply.How do I get off the fence and make the plunge?

@Ryan Komula Congrats on finally making the plunge and signing up with an account, it sounds like you will be able to add a lot of experience to discussions that happen on the forums.  

I read all the posts on crowdfunding and decided to take the plunge about 6 months ago.I made the minimum investment of $5000 on a small fix and flip in Jersey .It was to pay 12% and the builder would pay back principal by Aug 30.After the payback date passed I emailed customer support concerning the principal and received a response after 2 days that reads"We have received a request from the borrower for a six-month extension with Investors receiving 1.5 points upon payoff.

After listening to a few of the podcasts, I thought it was time to finally take the plung and sign up for the forum.  

I've been to meetings at almost every one of them, but haven't taken the plunge to become a member at any.
