When you say PVC stocks, are you referring to if the piping in general is made of PCV instead of cast iron?

Hopefully more attorneys chime on the subject of a seller hearing offers as just a Principal, but then countering with a licensed Agent disclosure.

But if its in my name I can keep an eye on the bill to ensure they are using heat to keep the pipes from freezing and making sure there are no bad leaks (if bill goes to high). 

In the side im renting out I've put in new lvp flooring, painted everything it looks great but I'm trying to decide if I should put all new cabinets and counter tops. 

It may sound counter intuitive but if you can find an investor locally who is willing to let you split the cost of investing and split the cost of the profits you are far better off.

They all need new kitchens and bathrooms (plumbing included). 1 needs Mold Remediation due to corroding pipes in the basement.

They countered way too high and I walked away.
