Would they be able to say they have a prescriptive easement even if I can’t find anything and didn’t know about it and then be able to move the easement to someplace else on my property?

That said it is more complicated: if they have a medical prescription you can not evict them.

Hi there,Are there any lenders out there who provide physician mortgages for a duplex property, in NY State?

Two lenders I've looked into so far only offer physician loans for a single-unit primary residence.

Physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, and other medical professionals travel.  

In terms of owner occupied financing, I've been looking into using an "MD loan" vs FHA/203K but the lenders i've spoken with aren't always familiar with the physician loan when it comes to MFH.

If you don't allow them, they'll go get a fake "prescription" from a doctor and you'll be forced to allow the animal and unable to charge more rent or a deposit.

Would you suggest he should have just gone to the library and used the internet to learn to be a physician?
