I am looking to leverage a non-QM loan product for my 4th purchase and I want to use a bank statement loan and I would prefer for the LTV to be about 90% (I heard such products are out there).

An architect will be able to answer those questions and perhaps be able to identify other physical and economic obstacles that won't arise when merely approaching this through the lens of whether you can obtain a zoning permit.

Each to their own like you say but appreciation is where the money is made in (finite) and (physical) assets.

Someone will try to tackle this industry--we're motivated to be the ones to take a shot at it.Our product and experience are not fit for everyone and it's, by no means, as great as an experience as we'd hope.

Relying on parking companies to manage and improve your "product" is paramount.  

You have a product that is worth $2,000 a month.

I don't understand why anyone would take that approach when trying to sell a product.
