To be fair, I literally did no Due Diligence, but it open my eyes how you can't trust the promotional blabla at all, you really have to do a detailed review of all the deal facts yourself.

I sat down with a tax attorney and we looked at this in detail. 

This would be cheaper and a better interest rate.If you want to talk through specific on the deal I am more than happy to but I think it would be easier by phone as there are always many details to talk through with each property.
