I wasn't too worried about this (still not very worried), but the sheer incompetence by ..... gives one pause.  

I've listened to so many Podcast (currently got one of paused to continue listening on the drive home) and read plenty of blogs (bookmarked them all).  

"I own a real estate brokerage that focuses on rental properties"     He paused for a long while...    

But, regardless, I would have to think that this type of thing would give anyone pause. 

I tried to create an account and it said that the site is on PAUSE for now.

Does their logic make sense or does it set off a pause in your head?

OR find a partner with good income and credit and let them qualify for the loans for you.Otherwise, I think even a portfolio lender is going to have some pause when it comes to doing more than 1 or 2 loans with someone that is only able to show 2k a month in income.

The program manager asked me how much did I pay for the property when determining if the project qualifies, i paused but didn't want to upset him because its public knowledge.

That means, you have 50% equity (pause here while I regain consciousness). 

She paused, said thats interesting and advised me to contact the turnkey company directly.
