This sounds complex, and if the conclusion you're coming to is mortgage fraud, I would not recommend it. 

Have you thought about buying a duplex or other MF property where the renters can help pay the mortgage?

Also, did you have any other loans (ie student loans, primary residence mortgage, etc) when you took on the $25k?

@Godsheritage Adeoye when you purchase a property "subject to" the existing mortgage you will then make payments to that mortgage company.
