For the moment we are focusing on SFH and Duplex's till we get the swing of things.

It's fully rented at the moment and has a cap rate of 10%, which seems promising.

My company had the ability to cash out a mortgage at a moments notice although to be fair if we had a run on the bank we could not have covered all of them.

My thought is since cash flow is more difficult at the moment, and with my age, it seems more immediate and appealing to get a 15 year fixed that will set me up very, very well when I turn only 46 years old.

I get to know bigger pockets and the real estate investing world last year.From that moment, I have been saving up.
