If they did, and all the tenants got evicted in the process, here's where we would stand:1 - Tenants have no homes2 - Landlords have no properties3 - Landlords have no income4 - Landlords have bad credit5 - Lenders have no mortgage payments coming in6 - Lenders have tons, and I means TON$ of bad debt on the books causing a mass hold back on all of their lending ability7 - Lenders have a ton, and again I mean a TON of foreclosed properties that they need to get rid of...but can't write loans out (see #6 above), so how are they going to get rid of them?
