Big employers include The Limited (Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body), Nationwide Insurance HQ, Worthington Industries, Honda of America, State Farm, MANY others including a fast growing TEHNOLOGY hub that is attracting millennials, and Capital Unviersity, Ohio State, DeVry, Franklin University, Otterbein College, Columbus College of Art Design, PLUS medical OSU Hospital and James Cancer Center, Riverside Methodist Hospital, St.Anne's Hospital, Grant Hospital, etc. 

But that’s not the best strategy.A recent survey from Zondashows 53% of millennials are still renting right now because they’re waiting for home prices to come down.

It's logistical advantages coupled with growing number of local amenities (Fermentation District, Encore Casino, Biking Trails) are making it much more attractive for millennials to start owning properties and moving to this community.

The reason I don't see them appreciating significantly is because they are everywhere, especially in gentrified millennial-y areas like urban Boston.

A lot of millennials are moving to the burbs, and the whole northwest corridor between Denver and Boulder is a prime target for many of them. 

Yes, there are still possibilities there but I don't like the old homes and their higher CapX.Speedway, Lawrence, Beechgrove, Southport, etc are all great areas - IMHOMost properties managers feel the same way about these areas and you won't have any problem finding someone to manage the assets in these areas.Of course, these areas are not overrun with millennials.  

Some things I discovered in my search as a newbie =)Detroit, MI - 15.1% rental yields, hip new destination for millennials, and large companies (Pfizer, Ford, Chemical Bank) moving there. 

Thanks for the feedback, I’ve heard quite a bit about Columbus Ohio as it’s rated as a top city for millennials to live in, just saw that last week.

A lot of areas near downtown have been revitalized and are attracting millennials who want to stay in the city instead of moving out to the suburbs.
