I haven't joined yet, but a lot of their free material has helped educate me.

I think I joined their network in April or the beginning of May if I remember right.

One post moaning about the high cost of housing with 100s of comments joining the complaining.

I think the biggest reason to join a group is not only access to the coaching, hand holding, and everything you're gonna learn, it's access to partnering with others in the group, and to have some type of accountability.I don't think there should be a group/program that just focuses solely on syndication.

Impressed after reading, rather listening, to "The Multifamily Millionaire" by Brandon Turner and Brian Murray, I decided to join BiggerPockets.com.
