never made much sense to me watching people pay full retail sub too.. margins just too thin.. and I did not have a burning desire to have rentals that made 100 a month LOL..

Well, actually I guess there is -- anywhere from about 30 minutes to about 30 hours, depending on the details of your trip...Likewise with rehabbing -- it should take you anywhere from about a day to about a year, depending on the details of your project...And much like flying, the goal is to get from point A to point B in as little time as possible, without crashing and burning...

I just recently learned there is a difference and it has burned a few people looking to buy a first property.pre-qualification is based on the questions asked and information given to the broker/ loan officer usually via a quick phone conversation and is a quick credit check process to show qualification.pre-approval is more in-depth, meaning you sent tax returns and pay statements to them to verify all information you told them over the phone or in person.

This is because state law is not favorable to developers of condos and those developers have been burned so badly these laws that they can profit more and have better tax advantages by building "condos" renting them for a decade and then selling them as condo's 10 years later.
