Insurance is good for managing risk of an active investment, and an LLC is good to isolate those risks from the rest of your life.

If CA wasn't so expensive, I would probably put each of my properties under one LLC to keep them isolated from each other as much as I can.

It is good to have a local handyman that has a 4 wheel drive truck in your phone.They could have isolated the water and maybe fixed a broken pipe if easily accessible.

Hello, I am a real-estate investor and currently have a few properties that I solely own.

(I have seen that mentioned a few times)  I have had it tested with the isolation and camera and there are at minimum 6-7 leaks half of them root penetration from very large trees surrounding the foundation.  

Why not have your own sub meters installed by a plumber isolating each apt and install in an easily accessible area.

This evening I was contacted by a Fortune Builders representative who told me my case was an isolated incident.
