One thing you can look at as well for some profit if you’re doing live in flips is finding an ohana type house where you can rent off part of the house or a separate dwelling to make you some money while you’re doing it.

I just read an article, which is not in English so I am not sharing, that the Parliament in Portugal mandated that landlords cannot evict elderly (65+) and/or handicapped  if they'd been renting the same dwelling for 15 years or more.
