(b) these persons that would have been non-productive are now productive (c) people are getting trained and learning employable skills (d) companies are highly incentivized for GROWTH (e) you've effected stimulus in net housing production but with NO added tax revenue draws because it's via an offsetting factor AND arguably a potential net GAIN via expansion of industry leading to mor employment and more income tax revenues. 

If you are looking for someone as excited about this industry today as you were when you first started, that's me.

I'm located in the Southern California area...Orange county to be exact.I would love to see a copy of financial statements from someone in the industry, so I can simply see a example of what type of expenses & margins I can expect.. 

As they say the loudest boos come from the cheapest seats - I wish you spoke to the revolutionary nature of this marketplace and the breakthrough we achieved by risking a LOT of ad spend to help the industry have a better alternative.

Because the PMC industry is low margin, you need efficiencies to actually be profitable.Good luck!

Primary reason is that it's not economical to building in today's market compared to a larger industrial building with only 1-2 tenants to manage instead of 30 smaller ones.

If you're struggling, consider offering higher returns initially to attract investors, or partnering with someone who has a solid reputation in the industry.

If you where going to be able to recreate the orginal layout, you would of been able to do so by the clues left behind by remaining framing, be it the "honey" holes where the toliets once where, the sizes of the holes in the joist would indicate what pipes ran where be it hot and cold supply, toliets, showers and other industry standard tell tale clues.
