Do you have a track record of purchasing and operating real estate on your own?

I read on Lee Arnold system . com that joining the inner circle gives access to up to 100% financing on residential loans including Property Purchase Price + Closing Costs + Rehab Costs if that amount is 65% of the after repair value (ARV) as determined by a third party appraiser.  

Eventually I went to investment property (local purchase) and vacation home (2 out of state purchases).

Hello,I did an inspection when this property was purchased a few years ago.

I have an opportunity to purchase a duplex property walking distance to a SUNY University.
