I love the pomp and circumstance, the celebration, but trying to gain it is miserably slow at best.I'm a decade and a half into that journey with little to show for it, and I'll spend three and a half more if necessary with nothing more to show, but I sure hope the gods of luck and fate cooperate eventually.

What you’ve achieved took risk, hard work, determination and those are all qualities you should celebrate.

Everyone at my firm always celebrates each other’s wins and sticks it out through each other’s losses.
