Got hooked on the Bigger Pockets Podcast during a roadtrip when I was moving from Boston to Phoenix and it was truly life transforming. 

I will say, though, that in over 20 years of lending he's never not been able to close on a loan he's preaproved; which if you're familiar with the 'colateral damage rate' that most lenders are alright with having, is absolutely f***ing mind blowing.It also doesn't hurt that he's just a genuinely cool guy to be around and learn from.
