I have been fortunate over the years to get passive income from having a rental townhouse/condo/duplex on the side. 

I finally feel like I'm taking control of my (very fortunate) situation. 

Fortunately, I've never had to take out student loans or apply for a credit card in the past; unfortunately, this leaves me in the position of having zero credit whatsoever, it's not bad, it's just that I don't have any at all.Is it possible to get any type of FHA loan without credit?

I tried Fortune Builders in 2014, paid for coaching, and went to a wholesaling summit in 2015 where I decided to start an LLC.

We have had great success with these two buildings and are fortunate enough to have my mother as our property manager (25 yrs in the biz).

I know I've only done 1 house but I'm fortunate nobody filed a mechanic lien or got injured.

I've been fortunate (and with thorough screening) that my tenants pay on time or early.  

I recently came across the idea of "Real Estate Investing," when I attended a free real estate investing class by Fortune Builders.

Have only ever rented, but fortunately don't have any debt and am just saving up for my first down payment some day. 

Fortunately a lot of sellers have said they get frustrated with california investors, so I've gotten the chance to play clean up a few times...
