My RE journey over 2 years ago was to acquire lots of doors and I've completely changed my strategy. 

Completing AP requires the other party to file a suit in court during which the judge determines that the case has merits, and ultimately transfers the property to the filer.

Hey @Paul Stern, I host the New Haven meet-up monthly, and invest in New Haven county, I actually just completed my first successful BRRRR on my own, tenants moved in yesterday.  

Should we refinance now if rates decrease even just slightly so we pay a lower monthly while we see through these repairs, then once repairs are complete have home reappraised and take out this equity to buy next property where we would live while renting out our current home?
