Two owners simply want to give the land to me because it is remote off grid raw land worth little (but alot to my Christian art retreat expansion for the aesthetic quality of the land) that they don't want to pay off the tax liens on.

But you now will need to install trim around the perimeter in that they are to be installed about a 1/4" short of the wall to allow for expansion. 

I'd guess it's a well pump with an expansion tank on it...

I've found a few in my area that are for sale that I think have good potential (cash flow & expansion).I've already signed one agent's NDA and gotten "financials" (although these are a year old and just a Word doc...not really what I was expecting.)

Is there room for this expansion?
