However if you are looking at commercial properties a lot of them will be owned by corps and then it will still be hard to find the actual owners!

The term Tiny Home is the actual company selling these really nice smaller less expensive versions of standard built homes. 

I think it is very important to get the actual rental history of the prospective tenant before renting out the property.

If I am wrong in who actually financed your deal then my question is how do you pay a HML back if you intend to hold the porperty. 

You will get way better loan terms than you would on a Cash out Refi as a partnership entity with no RE experience.This is all very theoretical, can you share the actual numbers so we can help you more?
