You can cover the wire mesh with drywall patches (they tape on wall and across the wire, white/paintable, different sizes) as the wire mesh is what will prevent the rats from eating their way into the property (the covering material is cosmetic only).

It's a different animal all together to try and manage an out of state investment property. 

The designer talked about has a completely different account then the designers I usually recommend, and I would have had red flags to begin with.

They have different tiers depending on what type of training and resources you're looking for.

Every time, most of the cost difference was quality.
