Hello BP.As part of me and my partner plan to establish a Joint Venture with an investor, we are moving forward with purchase of a property in JV model.We would appreciate clarification on the following points:1.

We are in North Western PA and working on opening our 5th STR. 

We are almost always able to work out a good plan and somtimes that is to move out voluntarily.

Now that we are 5 months into it, we can see how wrong the reporting actually was, because there haven't really been any noticeable changes except minor procedural ones.  

I do have one question - I have a partner and we are looking into getting a properly together.

We are looking to capture a rental or two and one of those possibly being another STR. 

We are about 40% full for the season right now and we are waaaay out of town.

The current option that we are looking at is buy, live in 1-2 months of the year, convert to MTR or STR for the other months (especially since we are flexible on our end). 

We are just happy to sign the renewal each year.

We are about to buy a Building that just so happens to be in an opportunity Zone and meets all the requirements to be eligible for a fund.
