Focus on building equity in your new primary residence and continue to manage your rental properties efficiently. 

The software interface isn't terribly efficient, but it performs its functions just fine)That said, I think there are some locks that have a wifi function and no fee, BUT they require interfacing with a smart hub - and the cost of setting that up combined with the amount of tech knowledge needed/potential for things to go wrong made me give them a pass.  

They have huge efficiencies of scale building the same floor plan over and over ordering the same packages of materials.   

But each technology needs to show why it should and will be adapted, just like wind and solar have, along with ESS (energy storage systems), in the US market. 

New faces were EVERYWHERE and it quickly became a head shaking exercise weekly as we had max bids (and if anything, you'd think an experienced person could go a bit higher than a newbie) since almost certainly we could get it done for less and I was still part time then, even the full timers who could knock em out real quick and efficiently were amazed at how high so many went, there was NO WAY there was profit there.I did the same thing, moved upmarket, but if it weren't for years of experience and years of reading about what those buyers want, not just in near perfect quality, or perfection on the high end, but also the features they want.

Just for some background info......the only reason I started and own Skip Genie now is because I specialized in highly distressed vacant properties and learned the ins and outs of how to efficiently find and contact the owners/heirs and then be able to close on them.  

The short/mid/long - term strategy is a continuum with stability/energy being directly correlated to income, in my experience.

Real estate is an in-efficient market, that's why banks require 25% down - that is deemed a sufficient buffer in case a property has to be liquidated.

Both of these guys have so much energy and enthusiasm.

The less confusion, the more efficiency!
