You can never expect tenants, especially short tenants, to spend much time up on a ladder to change any sort of bulbs.For the dining room, having those integrated LEDs is not so important, but it's still always a good idea.

They don't bother me, but many guests freak over them.Awkward living-room layout that makes it nearly impossible to watch TV.Passageway of about 10" into dining room.Cupboard that opens on, and is only accessible from, the living room rather than the kitchen.Basement apartment = noise upstairs.
