The tax assessment last year was based on the home's prior condition but fast forward to this year and the taxes have doubled.

Historically, property values here have doubled over a 10-year span.While appreciation is steady, we’re considering whether to invest out of state for better appreciation and diversification.

They are built with lots of room for parking, many bedrooms and bathrooms.

If you don't like it, you can always sell later, but if you sell now, you'll be dealing with double the interest rate and you can't un-sell if if you feel regret. 

It could be a property on a double lot, a property that get's dismissed because it is full of clutter, a listing that has the square footage wrong etc - and a deal can be made (not found)I’m not a wholesaler per se, but I have done a lot of marketing, at least in the past, due to endeavoring find deals.
