The main thing I'm learning is that handling distressed people with little to lose is a delicate operation.

As long as you make sure the fabricator pre-seals the stone then it should be very easy to maintain and clean. 

They also are transparent and honest about how the process works, and don't wordsmith or fabricate intent - those who do won't last long.I hope this helps,Sam  

I don't know if there's a delicate way to discern that.I don't know how the heck you find the person but I still think a JV partner is the way to go.

I am not recommending fabricating just not tolerating violations.

The bedbugs hide in crevices (any type of crack will do) and in fabrics.

Most of the time the "surprises" just seem fabricated for TV to me.I will say though that watching those shows 10-12 years ago really got me started and developed my passion for REI. 

I'm sure there are other options but I saw a couple pics online and really thought it would make us stand out. it currently has an old fabric awning that we will be replacing with metal that will dress up the front for sure.

It is easier to fabricate then marble and it looks great and is waterproof.
