I wanted to share some interesting data from a recent article in the Residential Resource, the monthly newsletter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Pros and Cons of Allowing Pets in Rental Properties, (Ferreira, 2024).

Such data has pushed lawmakers to take drastic measures — including implementing upzoning policies across the state.

I am concerned about where all this data is stored

This will give away much data regarding the neighborhood and the rent price attracting renters right now.

There has been significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations (2 data centers), driving up property prices and job opportunities.

Does anyone have any actual data on the return on this component (previous appraisals, paired sales analysis, comparison on new construction with/without rooftop decks)? 

They rate good as long as you pay and renew every year for $600 that's bribery to  me, ratings don't mean anything it's not based on real data only membership payments. 

This data was from 2023, so I checked online and found that google says 70+ people move to the Triangle area daily in 2024.
