I've since created a similar program within my office and it's a profit center.

I just don't see you being able to do a whole lot to allow you to sell it quickly outside of lowering your price to something extremely compelling.  

Once you're ready, create a goal (e.g., "I will buy at least one single-family home, duplex, triplex, or fourplex before the end of 2019") and then do it.
