Sold 1yr later Lessons learned?

This did not work well, so the reason I sold off my properties were due to property managers mishandling my properties. 

It is now 3 months and the house hasn't sold so I have to weigh my options again.

Periodically checking the realtor.com and zillow "sold" listings in your areas of interest will keep you generally informed on what properties are actually selling for.Feel free to reach out with any questions during your research phase, happy to share some additional stats/info.

Not giving tax advise, so check with your CPA, but I sold a rental after it was my primary for over 2 years and as long as it was considered my primary residence "2 of the last 5 years", I did not have to pay capital gains on my property sale up to the IRS limit. 

Seems attractive for building a vacation home or a small Bnb complex with multiple homes.Has anyone here ever sold land from other countries to people in the US?

So he sold his business to them and signed a lease contract with them and now selling the building.
