By way of cleaning, you can start offering a la carte menu of services like supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soaps...), then amenities like flowers, coffee, snacks, bottled water, staging (light PM tasks), and the next thing you know you're managing their listing and bookings.I don't know why this isn't a more popular business idea, but I guarantee that if you took to social media and some online advertising saying you have a cleaning service geared specifically for STR's, you'd get a lot of attention.
