It would be awesome if the market climate was such that there could be additional similarly attractive properties so that eventually I can do more than one.

I can't speak specifically to banks in general but this is common in todays business climate.

I do really enjoy the hospitality aspect of STR and I do interior design for work, so the thought of furnishing for use buy others is enjoyable to me....What would you do in the current climate?!

I agree with @Bill Brandt.In this legislative climate I see absolutely no upside to a term lease. 

I'm just a few hours away from Cleveland.I've never lived in LA, but I have lived in Greece, which has a similar climate to southern California.

I'm wondering what the Real Estate Climate is like in the the Orlando area, I know there is a lot of new construction going on etc. but how are you investors and agents feeling? 

If I were going to invest in an RV park, I would focus on one that caters to long-term residents, and is in an area with a better year-round climate.

In this climate, most tend to be very interested in hearing these stories.
