For others in BP Nation wondering about other states, many states have similar wording and similar exemptions Just make sure you have clarity from whatever state's Secretary of State corporations division office.

Sounds like you have some good clarity on what you want: 5-6 houses with "good" cash flow that you can pay off in a 10-15 year timeframe.Now comes the fun part: What do those deals have to look like to get you there?

Morning rick...give me some clarity please...she told me that I cannot receive any 1st time homebuyer grant/loan assistance from any programs here in missouri because they're only for singles and duplexes...not for triples and quads...that's when I asked about borrowing or gifting...thx for all of your help
