If that's okay with you.Banks are a lot more cautious nowaday, most of the lenders are lending at 50 to 65% LTV for investments.

@Alex Dem, @Joshua Dorkin, and @Brandon TurnerI agree visits on page would suffer, but I would rather visit other forum pages, and only go to podcast pages after listening.Also phones have huge storages nowadays it only takes about 20Gb for all the podcasts which is with 200Gb+ memory cards it is nothing, but if you stuck with old Iphone you can always copy 50-100 at a time.even Zip files are OK on phones with a link to some unpacking app for people who don't know.
