We have homes we fix up that need a quick brush, type cleaning.

Brush up on all those vocabs and all the laws especially 93A.  

Use a foam paint brush or a sponge and just apply it to all the grout lines.  

Then when asked for a refund of the gift of $3,000, they just get ignored and brushed off.

So this will be my second property that I am looking at (3 weeks after my first close) and I wanted to brush up on some main key points that will either make or break a deal depending on the type of buyers you have.

Let it dry.Then I just lay it out and brush on Polyshades in the shade I am aiming for, usually pretty close to what I have (and you can go darker but lighter not so much). 

They will waste more water leaving the sink running when they brush their teeth.

My problem got a lot better with some scrubbing with a plastic bristle brush and some ajax powder bleach, but its not totally gone yet.
