I am researching the city and surrounding areas and seriously considering it for my first BRRRR.   

It's a method of getting them to participate so they feel comfortable asking questions and learning.

I got into the industry primarily to learn about real estate investments specifically long term rentals/ the BRRRR method so when it comes time for me to do my own deals I have the confidence and knowledge to do so.

The BRRR method is a favorite for scaling, and I’m sure you'll gain a lot of valuable insights as you make that transition.

Our city code requires a method of egress for 3rd Floor units.

Can you pull off a BRRRR and 1% rule?

Also, is there any method you know of to shorten the cash cycle?

I am all for positive reinforcements (actually, I am not), but I agree with you, how about a dose of reality as the elixir we need.When people are still talking about BRRRR right now as if it's a no-brainer to do, I know they are listening to podcasts from 4 years ago.

Currently reading and kind of leaning (maybe too early to say) toward "BRRRR".
