Easiest way would be to use standing seam metal roof. 

HVAC guys/gals can do it, construction guys/gals too.The best I know about dryer venting is to use a rigid sheet metal type vent channel for as much as you can, running in the direction of the exhaust, not the flexible accordion type that tends to catch lint.

Would also help to know if all this drin pipe is PVC or galvanized or cast metal???

I was replacing all the old metal outlet boxes so it was not an issue with moving them all out to compensate for the extra depth.
