They are extremely one sided. 

Unless a tenant plowed a hole in the foundation or siding, or just left the doors wide open all hours of the day, one would be hard pressed to say they caused a rodent infestation.  

Floor boards were severely charred and inspector worries there could be damage to framing in parts of the house we can’t see (in fact, that side of the house seems to be sagging anyways, which is worrisome).

I have been looking more into wholesaling and I am slowing putting money into REIT’s and learning everything I can about every aspect of real estate and general investing to not just jump into this blind.

FSBO sellers who had a difficult time screening the buyers. 2) Home Pricing Errors. 3) Negotiation challenges.I think it take a special buyer's agent to complete a deal, from contract to close, with a FSBO listing on the other side of the table.If you have worked a FSBO transaction (either representing the buyer or ultimately the seller who list the property after attempting a FSBO deal), SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE!!!

of course he may have been a clueless dude in Indy and other markets and to me the money he was making just blinded him and his wife.. the move to Portugal was strategic to the extreme.
