A lot of the above statements keep refering to 'All realtors'.Truth be told, there are quite a few lousy realtors out there, as there are bad representations in ANY profession.So some of you have gotten in touch with some that don't live up to your expectations.Move on then, until you find one that does.But be fair about it & don't classify ALL realtors the same way until you have spoken to ALL of the realtors out there!

Thanks for the advice dcg123, I really wish I can fish in my immediate area, but the sad truth remains the same in LA, Cali.

So again thats hard to guess if buying a certain property that looks good on paper but maybe in reality is a real dump or vice versa.If anyone can share their insights and thoughts on this matter, please do and if the Admin can give us an area to do this it be really great.Places that people claims to be good but I dont think so: NV and AZ are the two most talked about states here in Cali, but the truth to that matter is I think the reason their prices went up is from people in Cali after getting rid of their properties and using NV and AZ to escape from taxes.

I think both parties are full of it and we have a system where every takes lines of policy that fit with party philosophy and not always moral or social truth and right.
