I took them home clean them up and reused them, once those ran out I stole the signs that were out on a Sunday night, cleaned off the permanent marker with rubbing alcohol and reused them.

I would imagine because cold items are not a year round draw like a Starbucks and a Subway would be in that area serving hot foods and drinks as a selection.

Needless to say, I ran out of there so fast...but, at least I got a free sandwich, apple, chips, and drink...lol.Do not do it...do not pay for resources and education in this field; get your money back if you can...BP is the way to go as a guide.

the best tool you can find and use is a great realtor. find one that you like can talk to grab drinks with and its a you scratch his back he scratches urs. basically he helps u with the trends and once you rehab a house u list with him.
