If you call the MLS office, you can become an affiliate member, just as appraisers are and get MLS access as you want the information to for collateral reviews of loans you made in the past.

Then approach that person and ask them if they would be willing to mentor you for a specific length of time, for a set fee, with measurable results ( the best result is doing a profitable deal in the new manner you wanted to learn).I would shy away from individuals who are affiliated with TV Realty stars or self-styled Real Estate "gurus." 

Hi @Roy Mitle,Although I have absolutely no affiliate with Rocket Lawyer, I have found them to be extremely useful in having very state specific agreements that are perfect for real estate investors.

That person has hopefully been humbled, or is no longer affiliated with the company, and is ABSOLUTELY not representative of anybody I've encountered.  

So, any affiliation with loan depot?
