The buyer was willing to pay a set price with the terms he could live with and Richard got an extra $5k in price for "waiting" for all his money.I do question the statement that the home may be worth $90k now as Vegas is not currently (but will be again) appreciating.

WASHINGTON – Wells Fargo & Co . abruptly reconsidered a pricey Las Vegas casino junket Tuesday after a torrent of criticism that it was misusing $25 billion in taxpayer bailout money.

500 gets you little playing time in vegas(if your not playing the penny slots that is), it will give you even less time, certainly less interest/excitement in the market.

I am selling it now and taking that loss because I believe I can invest my money in other markets that have bottomed out and gain much more back.I want to start looking into properties in Vegas & California b.c.
